| НАЗНАЧЕНИЕ Предназначены для неподвижного присоединения к электрическим приборам, аппаратам, сборкам зажимов электрических распределительных устройств с номинальным переменным напряжением до 660 В частотой до 100 Гц или постоянным напряжением до 1000 В, для прокладки в помещениях, каналах, тоннелях при отсутствии механических воздействий на кабель в условиях агрессивной среды и необходимости защиты электрических цепей от влияния внешних электрических полей. |

КОНСТРУКЦИЯ
ТОКОПРОВОДЯЩАЯ ЖИЛА — медная, однопроволочная, 1 класса по ГОСТ 22483. ИЗОЛЯЦИЯ — из поливинилхлоридного пластиката (ПВХ). Номинальная толщина изоляции для жил сечением: 0.75 — 2.5 кв. мм — 0.6 мм ; 4 — 6 кв. мм — 0.7 мм ; 10 кв. мм — 0.9 мм. СКРУТКА — изолированные жилы кабелей скручены. В каждом повиве имеется счетная пара, изолированные жилы которой по цвету отличаются друг от друга и от остальных жил. РАЗДЕЛИТЕЛЬНЫЙ СЛОЙ — накладывается на скрученные жилы из полиэтилентерефталатной пленки или ПВХ пластиката толщиной не менее 0.5 мм, в кабеле марки КВВГЭнг из ПВХ пластиката пониженной горючести толщиной не менее 0.5 мм. ЭКРАН — в виде обмотки из медной фольги или медной ленты номинальной толщиной 0.06 мм, или алюминиевой фольги номинальной толщиной 0.1 0.15 мм с перекрытием, обеспечивающим сплошной экран при допустимых радиусах изгиба кабелей. Допускается изготовление экрана из продольно накладываемых с перекрытием гофрированных алюминиевых лент. Вдоль экрана из алюминиевой фольги продольно проложена медная проволока диаметром 0.4 — 0.6 мм. ОБОЛОЧКА — из ПВХ пластиката, для кабелей марок КВВГЭнг из ПВХ пластиката пониженной горючести. |

Диапазон температур эксплуатации от -50 °С до +50 °С Относительная влажность воздуха при температуре + 35 °С до 98 % Радиус изгиба кабелей при прокладке и монтаже без предварительного нагрева при температуре окружающей среды не ниже -15 °С не менее 6-ти диаметров кабеля Кабели стойки к монтажным изгибам. Длительно допустимая температура нагрева жил при эксплуатации: +70 °С. Электрическое сопротивление изоляции жил при температуре 20 °С сечением: 0.75 — 1.5 кв. мм не менее 10 МОм / км ; 2.5 — 4.0 кв. мм – не менее 9 МОм / км; 6 — 10 кв. мм – не менее 6 МОм / км. Кабели марки КВВГЭ не распространяют горение при одиночной прокладке. Кабели марки КВВГЭнг не распространяют горение при прокладке в пучках. Строительная длина кабелей не менее 150 м.
