НАЗНАЧЕНИЕ

Кабели предназначены для присоединения к электрическим приборам на переменное напряжение до 660 В частоты до 100 Гц или постоянное напряжение до 1000 В.

Кабели изготавливаются следующих марок и наименований:

КГВВ
кабель контрольный гибкий с ПВХ изоляцией и ПВХ оболочкой;

КГВВнг(А)
кабель контрольный гибкий с ПВХ изоляцией и оболочкой из ПВХ пластиката пониженной горючести;

КГВВнг(А)-LS
кабель контрольный гибкий с ПВХ изоляцией и оболочкой из ПВХ пластиката пониженной пожарной опасности с низким газо-и дымовыделением;

КГВЭВ
кабель контрольный гибкий с ПВХ изоляцией и ПВХ оболочкой, экранированный

КГВЭВнг(А)
кабель контрольный гибкий с ПВХ изоляцией и оболочкой из ПВХ пластиката пониженной горючести, экранированный;

КГВЭВнг(А)-LS
кабель контрольный гибкий с ПВХ изоляцией и оболочкой из ПВХ пластиката пониженной пожарной опасности с низким газо-и дымовыделением, экранированный.

При параллельном расположении изолированных жил после марки кабеля через дефис указывается буква «П» (пример обозначения «КГВЭВнг(А)-П»)

При наложении оболочки с заполнением межжильного пространства после обозначения оболочки добавляется буква «з» (пример обозначения «КГВВзнг(А) «)

При цифровой маркировке жил после сечения указывается буква «ц» (пример обозначения «КГВВнг(А) 3*0,75 ц»
КОНСТРУКЦИЯ

ТОКОПРОВОДЯЩАЯ ЖИЛА: медная, многопроволочная.
СКРУТКА: изолированные жилы двух- и трехжильных плоских кабелей с индексом «П» уложены в одной плоскости. Изолированные жилы остальных кабелей скручены.
ИЗОЛЯЦИЯ: токопроводящие жилы изолированы ПВХ пластикатом, токопроводящие жилы кабелей исполнения нг(А)-LS — ПВХ пластикатом пониженной пожарной опасности с низким газо- и дымовыделением. Для кабелей климатического исполнения ХЛ1 ПВХ пластикат должен быть морозостойким. Изолированные жилы кабелей с числом жил до пяти включительно имеют отличительную расцветку. Допускается расцветка жил окрашиванием верхнего слоя изоляции или полосовая расцветка с шириной полосы не менее 1 мм.
Изолированные жилы кабелей с числом жил более пяти в каждом повиве имеют счетную пару, отличающуюся по цвету друг от друга и от остальных жил повива.
Кабели, имеющие в обозначении марки букву «ц», имеют цифровую маркировку изолированных жил. При цифровой маркировке цвет цифр отличается от цвета изоляции жил. Расстояние между цифрами должно быть не более 35 мм.
ОБМОТКА: на скрученные жилы кабелей наложена скрепляющая обмотка из полиэтилентерефталатной пленки.
Допускается изготовление кабелей без скрепляющей обмотки при условии сохранения подвижности жил и свободного отделения оболочки от изоляции при разделке кабелей.
ЭКРАН: поверх скрепляющей обмотки экранированных кабелей должен быть наложен экран в виде оплетки из медных или медных луженых проволок диаметром не более 0,3 мм плотностью не менее 70%. При использовании луженой проволоки к марке кабеля добавляется буква «л».
ОБОЛОЧКА: поверх скрепляющей обмотки неэкранированных кабелей или экрана экранированных кабелей наложена оболочка из ПВХ пластиката, кабелей исполнения нг(А) — из ПВХ пластиката пониженной горючести, кабелей исполнения нг(А)-LS — из ПВХ пластиката пониженной пожарной опасности с низким газо- и дымовыделением. Для кабелей климатического исполнения ХЛ1 ПВХ пластикат должен быть морозостойким.
Цвет оболочки оговаривается при заказе. При отсутствии указания в заказе цвет оболочки может быть любой.
Не допускается изготавливать кабели исполнения Т1 с оболочкой белого и натурального цветов.
КОЛИЧЕСТВО ЖИЛ: 2,3,4,5,7,10,14,16,19,24,27,30,37.
СЕЧЕНИЕ ЖИЛ, мм?: 0,5;0,75;1,0;1,5;2,5;4;6;10.
ТЕХНИЧЕСКИЕ ХАРАКТЕРИСТИКИ

Электрическое сопротивление изоляции на длине 1 км при температуре 20 °С должно быть не менее:
10 МОм — для кабелей сечением жилы 0,5-1,5 мм2;
9 МОм — сечением жилы 2,5-4,0 мм2;
6 МОм — сечением жилы 6,0-10 мм2.
Кабели должны быть стойкими к воздействию пониженной рабочей температуры среды: исполнения УХЛ2 и Т2 — минус 40 °С, исполнения ХЛ2 — минус 60 °С.
Кабели должны быть стойкими к воздействию повышенной температуры до плюс 70 °С.
Кабели должны быть стойкими к длительному воздействию относительной влажности воздуха до 98 % при температуре окружающей среды до плюс 35 °С.
Кабели климатического исполнения Т1 должны быть стойкими к воздействию плесневых грибов.
Кабели не должны распространять горение при одиночной прокладке.
Кабели исполнения нг(А), нг(А)-LS не должны распространять горение при прокладке в пучках.
Дымообразование при горении и тлении кабелей исполнения нг(А)-LS не должно приводить к снижению светового потока в испытательной камере более чем на 50 %.
Минимальный радиус изгиба кабеля при эксплуатации должен быть не менее десяти диаметров (размеров) кабеля. Для плоских кабелей берется размер по меньшей оси.
Строительная длина кабелей должна быть не менее 100 м.
Срок службы кабелей при нестационарной прокладке — 5 лет, при стационарной — 20 лет.
