Описание

НАЗНАЧЕНИЕ

Кабели контрольные предназначены для неподвижного присоединения к электрическим приборам, аппаратам, сборкам зажимов электрических распределительных устройств с номинальным переменным напряжением до 660 В частоты 100 Гц или постоянным напряжением до 1000 В, для прокладки в помещениях, каналах, тоннелях, в условиях агрессивной среды, при отсутствии механических воздействий на кабель. Допускается прокладка кабелей в земле (траншеях) при обеспечении защиты кабелей в местах выхода на поверхность.
Кабель КВВГнг применяется для прокладки в кабельных сооружениях и помещениях для обеспечения пожарной безопасности кабельных цепей при прокладке в пучках. Кабели быть проложены на открытом воздухе.
КОНСТРУКЦИЯ
ТОКОПРОВОДЯЩАЯ ЖИЛА – медная, однопроволочная класса 1 по ГОСТ 22483-77.
ИЗОЛЯЦИЯ – поливинилхлоридный пластикат.
Номинальная толщина изоляции для жил сечением: 0.75 — 2.5 кв. мм — 0.6 мм ; 4 — 6 кв. мм — 0.7 мм ; 10 кв. мм — 0.9 мм.
СКРУТКА – изолированные жилы кабелей скручены. В каждом повиве имеется счетная пара, изолированные жилы которой по цвету отличаются друг от друга и от остальных жил цвет изоляции, которых должен быть одинаковым. В обозначение марок кабелей, имеющих отличительную маркировку каждой жилы (цифровую или цветовую), добавляют букву «Ц»
ОБОЛОЧКА – поливинилхлоридный пластикат; для кабелей с индексом «нг» — ПВХ пластикат пониженной горючести.
КОЛИЧЕСТВО ЖИЛ – 4, 5, 7, 10, 14, 19, 27, 37.
НОМИНАЛЬНОЕ СЕЧЕНИЕ ЖИЛ, кв. мм – 0,75; 1,0; 1,5; 2,5.

ТЕХНИЧЕСКИЕ ХАРАКТЕРИСТИКИ
Диапазон рабочих температур от +50°С до -50°С.
Кабели стойки к повышенной относительной влажности до 98% при температуре окружающей среды до +35° С.
Сопротивление изоляции жил при температуре 20°С сечением: от 0,75 до 1,5 кв. мм не менее 10Мом; 2,5 кв. мм – 6МОм.
Длительно допустимая температура нагрева жил при эксплуатации +70°С.
Кабели марки КВВГ не распространяют горение при одиночной прокладке.
Кабели с индексом «нг» не распространяют горение в пучках.
Кабели устойчивы к монтажным изгибам.
Строительная длина – не менее 150 м , допускается поставка длинами не менее 20м в количестве не более 15% от общей длины партии .
Срок службы кабелей – не менее 15лет, при прокладке в помещениях – 25 лет.
