КТПН — комплектные трансформаторные подстанции наружной установки мощностью от 25 до 2500 кВА напряжением до 10 кВ

Описание

КТПН (комплектные трансформаторные подстанции наружной установки) являются устройством регулирующим электрическую энергию. Такие подстанции широко распространены в сферах строительства, ЖКХ, а также в других промышленных сферах. При этом запрещается использование подстанций в условиях содержания в воздухе едких паров и газов.
Изготовление КТПН регламентируется ГОСТ 14695-80 и после производства оборудование проходит контрольные испытания на соответствие заданным параметрам. Подстанция имеет дверцы для обслуживания и наблюдения за измерительными приборами, аппаратурой, содержащейся в подстанции. Кроме того, помещение оснащается защитой от молний и токов, стальные элементы имеют антикоррозийное покрытие. При эксплуатации температура может достигать 45 С°.
После производства устройство испытывается на прочность конструкции, стойкость к возникновению пожаров и выносливость к внешним нагрузкам. Также проверяется поверхность подстанции — она не должна содержать следов окисления, ржавчины и других дефектов.
