КТПВ — комплектные трансформаторные подстанции внутренней установки мощностью от 25 до 2500 кВА напряжением до 10 кВ

Описание

КТПВ (комплектные трансформаторные подстанции внутренней установки) являются устройством регулирующим электрическую энергию. Такие подстанции широко распространены в сферах энергоснабжения зданий, сооружений и других объектов. При этом использование подстанций разрешается только в умеренных климатических условиях.

Изготовление КТПВ регламентируется ГОСТ 14695-80 и после производства оборудование проходит контрольные испытания на соответствие заданным параметрам. Подстанция комплектуется силовым трансформатором, щитом учета, шинным мостом, приборами ввода высокого напряжения и распределительным оборудованием.

После производства устройство испытывается на прочность конструкции, стойкость к возникновению пожаров, температурным перепадам, механическому воздействию и выносливость к другим внешним нагрузкам. Также проверяется поверхность подстанции — она не должна содержать следов окисления, ржавчины и других дефектов.
