Кабели монтажные многожильные МКШ, МКЭШ, предназначены для фиксированного межприборного монтажа электрических устройств, работающих при номинальном переменном напряжении до 500 В частоты до 400 Гц или постоянном напряжении до 750 В. |

КОНСТРУКЦИЯ
ТОКОПРОВОДЯЩАЯ ЖИЛА – медная, луженая многопроволочная, 5 класса по ГОСТ 22483-77. ИЗОЛЯЦИЯ – поливинилхлоридный пластикат. СКРУТКА – изолированные жилы скручены в кабель. В каждом повиве две счетные жилы, отличающиеся цветом друг от друга и от остальных жил повива. Поверх скрученных жил для кабеля марки МКЭШ накладывается полиэтилентерефталатная пленка. ЭКРАН – из медной проволоки диаметром не более 20% (для марки МКЭШ). Коэффициент поверхностной плотности экрана не менее 65%. ОБОЛОЧКА – поливинилхлоридный пластикат. КОЛИЧЕСТВО ЖИЛ – 2,3,5,7,10,14. СЕЧЕНИЕ ЖИЛ, мм2 : 0,35; 0,5; 0,75. |

ТЕХНИЧЕСКИЕ ХАРАКТЕРИСТИКИ
Электрическое сопротивление изоляции, пересчитанное на 1 км длины и температуру 20°С не менее 0,1 Мом. Электрическое сопротивление токопроводящих жил постоянному току соответствует ГОСТ 22483-77. Кабели МКШ, МКЭШ устойчивы к вибрационным нагрузкам, к воздействию удара одиночного и многократного действия, линейным нагрузкам. Диапазон рабочих температур – от -50°С до +70°С. Кабели стойки к воздействию относительной влажности воздуха до 98% при температуре +35°С. Наработка кабелей – 10000 ч. Строительная длина неэкраинированного кабеля не менее 60 м , экранированного кабеля – не менее 25 м , допускается поставка длинами не менее 3 м в количестве не более 10% от партии. Срок службы проводов – 15 лет. |
