ПРИМЕНЕНИЕ
Кабели многожильные универсальные предназначены для передачи электрических сигналов управления, контроля, сигнализации, регулирования электронного оборудования и устройств, для промышленных систем передачи данных, а также для межприборного монтажа электрических установок.

Кабели рассчитаны для работы при напряжении до 500 В переменного тока или до 750 В постоянного тока, в условиях повышенных электромагнитных влияний и эксплуатации в промышленных взрывоопасных зонах (класс В-1а).

Кабели марок МКШв, МКШвнг(А), МКШвнг(А)-LS, МКШвнг(А)-FRLS, МКШв-ХЛ, МКШвнг(А)-ХЛ, МКЭШв, МКЭШвнг(А), МКЭШвнг(А)-LS, МКЭШвнг(А)-FRLS, МКЭШв-ХЛ, МКЭШвнг(А)-ХЛ, МКЭКШвнг(А)-LS, МКЭКШвнг(А)-FRLS,  могут прокладываться в зонах класса 1 и 2 по ГОСТ Р МЭК 80079-14-2008.

Кабели  с индексом «нг», «нг(А)-LS», «нг(А)-LSLTx»,  «нг(А)-FRLS», «нг(А)-FRLSLTx»    предназначены для эксплуатации в кабельных сооружениях и помещениях, во взрывоопасных зонах всех классов В-1а, в том числе для использования в системах атомных станций классов 2, 3 и 4 по классификации ОПБ-88/97 (ПНАЭ Г-01-011-97) при поставках на внутренний рынок и экспорт, в том числе страны с тропическим климатом.

Климатическое исполнение УХЛ, ХЛ, Т, категории размещения 2-5 по ГОСТ 15150-69. Значения климатических факторов по ГОСТ 15543-70 и ГОСТ 15150-69, при этом диапазон температур окружающей среды – от минус 50 до плюс 70 0С (Для исполнения УХЛ), от минус 60 до плюс 60 0С (Для исполнения ХЛ).

МКШв–ХЛ -Кабель с медными гибкими жилами -с изоляцией из поливинилхлоридного пластиката и оболочкой из поливинилхлоридного пластиката повышенной холодостойкости.

МКШвнг (А)- Кабель с медными гибкими жилами, с изоляцией из поливинилхлоридного пластиката и оболочкой из поливинилхлоридного пластиката пониженной горючести.

МКШвнг (А)-ХЛ -Кабель с медными гибкими жилами изоляцией из поливинилхлоридного пластиката и оболочкой из поливинилхлоридного пластиката пониженной горючести и повышенной холодостойкости

МКШвнг(А)-LS с изоляцией и оболочкой из поливинилхлоридного пластиката пониженной пожароопасности.

Кабели монтажные многожильные с пластмассовой изоляцией МКШв, МКШвнг(А), МКШвнг(А)-LS

предназначены для фиксированного межприборного монтажа электрических устройств, для соединения электронной и электрической аппаратуры и приборов АТС и коммутационных аппаратов, работающих при переменном напряжении до 500 В частоты 400 Гц или 700 В постоянного тока.

  • ТОКОПРОВОДЯЩАЯ ЖИЛА – медная, многопроволочная. Соответствует классу 4 или 5 для сечений 0,35; 0,5 мм2 и классам 2 или 3 для сечений  0,75мм2  по ГОСТ 22483-77.
    ИЗОЛЯЦИЯ – поливинилхлоридный пластикат.

    Исполнения «нг(А)-LS»- поливинилхлоридныйластикат пониженной пожароопасности.
    СКРУТКА – изолированные жилы скручены в кабель-

    Сечение: 0.35мм2 , 0.5мм2 , 0.75мм2
    ОБОЛОЧКА – поливинилхлоридный пластикат.

    Исполнения ХЛ— поливинилхлоридный пластикат повышенной холодостойкости.

    Исполнения нг— поливинилхлоридный пластикат пониженной горючести.

    Исполнения нг(А)-LS— поливинилхлоридный пластикат пониженной пожароопасности.
