НАЗНАЧЕНИЕ

Кабели плоские для лифтов и подъёмников предназначены для эксплуатации на пассажирских и грузовых лифтах общего назначения при номинальном переменном напряжении 300/500 В номинальной частотой до 60 Гц.
КОНСТРУКЦИЯ

ТОКОПРОВОДЯЩАЯ ЖИЛА — медная, многопроволочная.
ИЗОЛЯЦИЯ — ПВХ пластикат, для кабеля КВПЛнг-LS — ПВХ пластикат пониженной горючести с низким дымо- и газовыделением. Жила заземления имеет зелено-желтую расцветку. На изолированные жилы наносится цифровая маркировка, обозначающая цвет. Жилы скомпонованы группами от 2 до 5. В каждой группе жил размещена вспарывающая нить, которая располагается в центре группы.
ОБОЛОЧКА — ПВХ пластикат. Допускается сетчатое рифление на поверхности оболочки с шагом 3±1 мм. Глубина рифления не более 0,2 мм.
КОЛИЧЕСТВО ЖИЛ — 6, 9, 12, 16, 18, 20, 24.
СЕЧЕНИЕ ЖИЛ, кв. мм — 0,75; 1,0; дополнительных жил — 0,20; 0,50.
ТЕХНИЧЕСКИЕ ХАРАКТЕРИСТИКИ
Электрическое сопротивление изоляции токопроводящих жил, пересчитанное на 1 км длины и температуру 20°С должно быть не менее 20 МОм.
Максимальная температура токопроводящей жилы не должна превышать +70°С.
Кабели стойки к изгибам и ударам при температуре -20°С.
Ресурс кабеля при минимальном радиусе изгиба равен 1000000 циклов «спуск — подъем»
Рабочая температура — от -20°С до + 70°С.
Максимально свободно подвешиваемая длина кабеля составляет 50 м.
Скорость движения лифтов и подъемников не должна превышать 1,6 м/с.
Строительная длина кабеля — не менее 45 м.
Средний срок службы кабелей не менее -12 лет.
