Приспособление применяется в системах электроснабжения объектов промышленного и гражданского назначения. Оно предназначено для ручного подключения и отключения силовых кабелей, электроагрегатов. Используется при проведении регламентных, ремонтных и прочих видов работ.
Характеристика
Прибор представляет собой металлоконструкцию, имеющую пыле- и влагозащитное покрытие. Специальный состав защищает контакты и прочие внутренние элементы от загрязнений. Изделие состоит из:
- корпуса;
- силовой колодки;
- сальников ввода-вывода;
- заземляющего устройства.
Изготавливается КПК-3М по чертежам, размерам, техническим требованиям отраслевого стандарта из сертифицированных материалов.
Проверка качества
Контроль всех этапов производства позволяет минимизировать процент появления брака. Приборы подвергаются тщательной визуальной оценке на наличие внешних повреждений и соответствие рабочим чертежам. Оборудование проходит испытания на:
- прочность;
- устойчивость к нагрузкам;
- проводимость тока.
