Ячейки К-63, КРУ К-63 принимают, распределяют электрическую энергию одного класса напряжения. Используются в распредустройствах электростанций:
- промышленного назначения;
- городских объектов;
- транспортных линий (железных дорог, метрополитена).
Характеристика
Изготавливаются аппараты по чертежам, размерам, техническим требованиям отраслевого стандарта из сертифицированных материалов. Корпус представляет собой металлоконструкцию из листовой оцинкованной стали.
Ячейки состоят из:
- коммутационных приборов;
- устройств автоматики и телемеханики;
- измерительных агрегатов;
- вспомогательного оборудования.
Существует два типа установки: наружная и внутренняя.
Проверка качества
Поэтапный контроль производственных процессов позволяет минимизировать процент брака. Оборудование проходит тщательную визуальную оценку на предмет внешних повреждений. Подвергается испытаниям на:
- механическую прочность;
- электродинамическую и термическую стойкость;
- взрывоопасность.
